Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
There will be a free cleaning service for 10 nights stay or more.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
House rules
The host has set some house rules, which you'll be asked to agree to when you book.
- Check-in from: 15:00
- Check-out before: 10:00
- We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
- No pets are permitted on the property.
Cancellation Policy
- For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
- Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
- If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
- For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
- Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
- Cancellation of the booking more than 5 days before checkin date will result in a full refund.
- Cancellation of the booking within 5 days of checkin date will result in a charge of 50% of the booking value.
- Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of checkin date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
