Getting started with AwsHost is quick and easy, with five hassle-free steps. Once our team of experts have heard from you, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable meeting time in order to vet your establishment. After the contract has been discussed and you have decided to sign, we will conduct an extensive property audit, take professional photos of your property, create an impressive listing for your property and start managing the day-to-day processes and bookings for your short term rental.
The cost for the above starts from 10% of the net booking. e.g. for a booking of R100; Airbnb takes 3%; we then charge 10-18% of R97 (R17.46).
AwsHost utilizes a variety of marketing channels, including online listings(Airbnb,Booking.com,Vrbo..), social media, and local advertising, to reach potential tenants and fill vacancies quickly.
We list your banking details directly on platforms such as Airbnb, which means all booking payments are sent straight to your account. We do not collect or hold any rental income on your behalf.
At the end of each month, we simply issue an invoice for our management fees, which you can then settle directly.
This approach is part of our commitment to transparency and trust. It allows you to have full visibility and control over your rental income at all times.
One of the key advantages we offer is that we do not charge any linen fees. Unlike many other companies that can charge over R1,000 for linen usage, we provide this completely free of charge to our owners.
We supply high-quality, hotel-standard linen for all guests, which is professionally cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. This ensures a consistent, premium experience without any additional cost to you.
